Singer Narrowly Avoided Foreclosure On The Condo
Trey Songz is desperately trying to sell f his luxury Miami condo – the one he recently narrowly saved from foreclosure – and the singer slashed the price by $70,000.
The singer – real name Tremaine Neverson – purchased his 1,626 sq. ft. two-bedroom, two-bathroom waterfront condo located on the famous Brickell Key back in 2010 for $670,000.
The building amenities include 24-hour security, valet parking, concierge, pool and fitness center with 2 separate balconies and breathtaking views Miami.
Trey originally listed the home for sale in February 2016 for $1,050,000 but nobody bit. Then, he slashed the price a month later to $975,000. Months later, he cut the price down to $900,000 and then $865,000 and by July the asking price was cut to $820,000.
Recently, the “Bottoms Up” singer narrowly saved the home from foreclosure, paying f months homeowner’s association fees to the tune $1,722.40 after the association sued him over the unpaid maintenance fees.
Only days after the case was handled, Trey dropped the price to $750,000 which is a $70,000 drop from July. However, if he finds a buyer he will still walk away with an $80,000 prit on the home.
