Since premiering final week, Lifetime's Surviving R. Kelly docuseries has been one of many extra talked-about issues on the web. According to Future, that's sort of an issue.
Speaking on Power 106's The Cruz Show Wednesday night (Jan. 9), the Atlanta rapper stated that giving R. Kelly any consideration—adverse or constructive—will solely result in his continued success.
"Man, who’s that? I assumed we had forgot about that? We giving it an excessive amount of consideration," Future says after being requested about whether or not or not he'd do a track with the controversial singer. "When you give issues an excessive amount of consideration, they blow up. That's why he gon' blow up. That's why his music gonna do what it do. If you cease speaking about it, it'll go away."
While Future doesn't elaborate an excessive amount of, it does appear that he is likely to be referring to Kelly's elevated streams on Spotify. Shortly after the premiere of the harrowing docuseries, reps for Spotify confirmed that the singer's streams had risen by 16 p.c.
