It’s not Christmas without Mariah Carey. The pop diva will return to New York’s Beacon Theatre to spread some holiday cheer and tunes during her second annual “All I Want for Christmas Is You” concert series.
Mariah will perform songs from her Christmas catalogue, which includes 1994’s Merry Christmas and 2010’s Merry Christmas II You, during her run of holiday-themed shows, which kicks off Dec. 8, with additional performances scheduled for Dec. 9, 14, 15, and 17.
“SO excited to celebrate Christmas with #NYC at @BeaconTheatre,” tweeted Mariah.
Ever since releasing her 1994 Christmas classic “All I Want for Christmas Is You,” which has sold 14 million copies, Mariah has been a yuletide powerhouse, sharing her own arrangements of songs like “Christmas (Baby Please Come Home)” and “O Holy Night.”
