New York rapper Nas is always down to pay homage to the rap greats. The hip-hop veteran has come through to salute the birthday of music pioneer Big Daddy Kane.

Nasty Nas went to Instagram Friday (June 22) to shout-out BDK and credit his 1988 Long Live the Kane for changing his life.

A few days ago, Kane came through to New York radio station Hot 97 for an epic freestyle.

This week, Nas explained what it’s like working with NASIR executive producer Kanye West.

Earlier this month, Nas admitted he couldn’t quite explain what it’s like working with Kanye.
