Newsreader Natasha Kaplinsky and her daughter are recovering after an accident while on holiday near the island of Corfu.
The former Strictly Come Dancing winner and her eight-year-old daughter Angelica were injured on the boat after it caught fire.They were initially examined in a local clinic and have since returned to the United Kingdom to continue treatment.
Angelica is reported to have suffered severe burns, but her condition is not being treated as life-threatening.

Kaplinsky and her family own a five-bedroom mansion on the island, Plumbago, which is the same name as the boat. The boat itself has reportedly only suffered minor damage as a result of the accident.
Corfu Port Authority confirmed the incident in a statement to The Sun, saying: “Three people were injured after a fire on a boat.
“The vessel suffered a mechanical failure which caused a fire in the engine room, which was immediately extinguished by the people on the boat.”

A spokesperson for Kaplinsky also told the publication that: “Natasha and her family were involved in an accident in Corfu.
“They came home early to receive treatment and are making a good recovery at home.”
The third injured person is thought to be Angelica’s grandfather. Investigators are allegedly looking into the source of the fire, which is being reported as a petrol leak.
